Project Background

This Christmas illustration was created for a children’s show. Kayla’s mum is away a lot, but Kayla doesn’t mind. She’s got Snowy, her teddy, and Grandpa – plus Mum always sends postcards. But when, on Christmas Eve, she discovers that Mum can’t make it home for Christmas, Kayla decides to go and find her.

This wonderful Christmas story was commissioned by the Oxford Playhouse. It involved a colour-in postcard for the children to complete.
