Project Background

This king prawns recipe illustration was inspired by fond memory. It was a favourite from a long time ago when I lived in the Canary Islands for a while and I still ate meat and seafood. It is super-simple and absolutely delicious. The cream, garlic and tomato puree makes a great sauce that goes with many different ingredients. Make sure you have a bowl of water available for sticky fingers!
